Kibmist participated in a Training of Trainers (ToT) workshop at the e-learning academy.
ToT programmes equip participants with the knowledge and facilitation skills to pass on what they learn, multiplying the reach of training well beyond the room.
Highlights:
- •Group workshop held at the e-learning academy
- •Builds facilitation skills to train others
- •Supports a wider reach for Kibmist's farmer training
